We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we want to make the process as easy as possible for you. Our returns policy is designed in compliance with UK Distance Selling Regulations and takes into account bespoke products.

1. Returns Period:
   • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.
   • For bespoke products, please note that these are made to your specifications and are exempt from the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
2. Return Process:
   • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the 14-day period.
   • For non-bespoke products, you must return the goods in their original condition and packaging.
   • For bespoke products, returns will only be accepted if there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
   • Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them and process your refund within 14 days.
   • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
3. Returns Shipping:
   • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty or there was an error on our part.
   • We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns to ensure safe delivery.
4. Exchanges:
   • Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order.
